Barbell Squat:

  • 45 lb x 8 reps (+29 pts)
  • 95 lb x 8 reps (+62 pts)
  • 105 lb x 6 reps (+65 pts)
  • 115 lb x 5 reps (+69 pts)
  • 135 lb x 5 reps (+81 pts)
  • 115 lb x 6 reps (+71 pts)
  • 90 lb x 20 reps (+78 pts)

    I also got this in the mail today! This should tide me over until the official ones come out.
