  • Barbell Bench Press:
    • 45 lb x 8 reps (+29 pts)
    • 85 lb x 7 reps (+54 pts)
    • 75 lb x 8 reps (+49 pts)
    • 65 lb x 9 reps (+43 pts)
  • Barbell Incline Bench Press:
    • 75 lb x 7 reps (+39 pts)

65 lb x 8 reps (+34 pts)

Here’s a picture of me “curling” in the squat rack. Note that the pink weight is 1 lb. 

Oh and I had a PR last week for deadlifts- 180x7! Weeeee

    • 135 lb x 6 reps (+84 pts)
    • 145 lb x 6 reps (+90 pts)
    • 165 lb x 4 reps (+97 pts)
    • 180 lb x 7 reps (+115 pts)

  • Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown:
    • 110 lb x 8 reps (+36 pts)
    • 100 lb x 9 reps (+33 pts)
    • 90 lb x 8 reps (+29 pts)
  • Bent Over Barbell Row:
    • 55 lb x 8 reps (+20 pts)
  • 45 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
