Week 1 with new macros
I’ve been IFing since March and every couple of months I’m given new macros to follow. Last week my macros were cut again so hopefully in 8 weeks, I’ll really be within or close to my target weight/body fat%. My weight didn’t drop this week but I did lean out and had a quarter of an inch taken off my waist (SCORE!) ALL with no cardio.
Plus, I’m still gaining strength in my lifts. I really, really, really want to get over my 85# bench press (I had to reset since my form was off) and get back to 95lbs with proper form.
